Capsule Geology

A trace of chalcopyrite is reported to occur in unspecified host rock east and adjacent to the toe of Ted-Morris Glacier (Newmont Exploration Ltd). The area is underlain by rocks of the Lower to Middle Jurassic Hazelton Group. The western geologic boundary of a north trending band of Upper Triassic Stuhini Group rock occurs to the immediate east of the showing.
